Doing a quick analysis on the testimonials I’ve received – and seeing, with not much surprise, that most folks identify my creativity as perhaps my biggest asset. Such a wonderful blessing – and curse. In recent years, as I’ve worked to extend my creative practice beyond film and TV, I’ve come to realize that we creatives are largely unemployable.
Ironic – as you can scroll through any management or business publication and find call after call for more creativity in companies. And the problem isn’t a lack of creative capacity. It’s an inability to manage such capacity – creatively!
