Once he knew where he wanted to go, we packaged his pitch into a leadership story that offered a compelling vision of the future, along with examples of how he could help a potential employer make it happen. We also identified a number of impact stories from his career that he could use to demonstrate his expertise.
As a result, he moved into a senior leadership position with a climate tech company where he's able to do work that relieves his climate anxiety, supports his family and contributes to a healthy future for people and the planet.
